I hired Brooke as the day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding in Incline Village and I could not have made a better decision. Brooke is an absolute professional and a joy to work with. She always promptly replied to my communications and provided much appreciated advice and input. She helped us create a wedding day timeline that flowed perfectly. She contacted all vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. The day before the wedding, we met her at the venue and I took all our decorations, escort cards, etc. When we arrived on the wedding day for first look photos, Brooke was already there supervising vendors and setting up decorations. She made sure every detail was taken care of – from pinning the boutonnieres onto groomsmen to making sure the bride stayed hydrated to securing gifts and cards for us. However, it is her calm demeanor that is truly a blessing. Brooke was never rattled, never even slightly frazzled. She radiates calmness and confidence that sets a wonderful tone for the day. We had so many complements from guests about how smoothly everything flowed and that is largely a result of Brooke’s hard work and dedication. Because of Brooke, I was able to enjoy my daughter’s wedding day without feeling stressed or frazzled and for that I am eternally grateful!

Brooke made my wedding day so effortless and it turned out absolutely perfect. She took everything I had in my head and made it come to life. Being a type A planner, I was worried about not having control the day of my wedding, but Brooke allowed me to relax and get ready with my bridesmaids while she made sure everything was absolutely perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator.

Honestly not sure how we could have pulled off such a perfect day without Brooke. She is phenomenal at what she does and allowed me to have a stress free day. Weddings are expensive but she is worth every $ and much more reasonable not to mention more personable and sweet then other planners I talked too. Let me start with we had a large wedding party 25 and even bigger guest count of 250 but she was able to manage it all without breaking a sweat. I didn't have a solid wedding vision just some scattered ideas but she really put it all together and the day of I walked into the most beautiful venue, beyond anything that I could even dream of. Here is a solid example of her skills we had an issue with the chair vendor where they delivered 2 different types of chairs (same color). I didn't even know about it she handled it all, made it work and got us 100% refund. She also handled all the vendor deliveries and coordinate, she set up all the wedding décor, and she even helped set up the dessert bar as we had family bringing in traditional dessert and candy. Our church ceremony ran over but she adjusted the timeline and kept us moving to stay on track. She made sure wedding party had apps and drinks right when we got there. I had the pleasure of hiring Brooke as a day of planner and I was very happy with my decision. I thought I could do everything myself and boy was I wrong. I never know how much goes into  that special day till that day. Hiring Brooke was the best decision I made. All the stress and worries just went away. She took care of everything. She controlled the flow of the wedding, help decorate, tied my bustle, made sure my vendors were all in line, setup my timeline, and if anyone had any questions they knew to go to Brooke and so I could enjoy a stress free day. And that’s exactly what it was. I didn’t have any worries! She was just so sweet, professional, and organized.  My wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her! 

If there was ever a time I was more grateful to have another woman take the lead, it was during my wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Mary, was there for me from start to finish making sure our perfect day went amazing. I met Brooke at a Wedding Faire and together we collaborated and she made sure I was able to cover all the different bases I needed, and Mary executed everything perfectly. Little did I know that our catering came over an hour late, or that I forgot envelopes and cups- Mary made sure every little detail was covered before I even had to hear about it! She was so respectful and professional; patience is definitely one of her virtues. My Wedding Library is well worth any cost you might budget, and I will highly recommend the team to any future brides that come my way. If you spend your money on one thing for your wedding it should be hiring Brooke from My Wedding Library! All of my friends said if you can, hire a day of coordinator for your wedding. And boy, were they right! I cannot tell you how much stress and work this saved my husband and I on our wedding day. Brooke had every detail under control, executed our wedding ceremony and reception perfectly and we were able to enjoy the day with our friends and family without worrying about anything. We met with Brooke on three separate occasions before the big day to nail down our vision, timeline and details. Brooke was always prepared, listened intently to our ideas and made suggestions when appropriate.  She has a sense of calm that shows everything is under control and I was able to trust she could execute. The day of coordination packages were by far the best in regards to pricing in both the Reno and Tahoe areas and I would recommend Brooke and My Wedding Library to any future bride! 

When deciding on getting a wedding coordinator, I went back and forth not knowing if it would be worth it or helpful. I then decided to just go for it after visiting the Wedding Library and meeting Brooke. I can honestly say this was the best decision I could have made for my big day! Brooke was absolutely amazing. Brooke had everything set up perfectly, she followed up with all vendors (prior to and the day of the wedding) and she kept everything organized and on schedule. Thanks to Brooke I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day other than relaxing. Brooke was an amazing asset for the day of the wedding. We had a couple things that went awry and she was able to handle everything in a timely manner and was extremely professional. I was a little bit of a control freak throughout the process and she was very flexible and patient. Planing a wedding is stressful,  especially when on a tighter budget.
So originally I didn’t think it was necessary to hire a day of cordinator. However, it was well worth the extra $ to have Brooke there to run the show!! She remained so calm and organized just what I needed !!
She was a life saver and helped create a  “timeline” of how the day would run. This was just what I needed since I’m a planner and like to have a schedule of events. She was there at the rehearsal and made everyone feel comfortable and informed how the big day would go.
I felt at ease on my wedding day knowing Brooke would be there and “my go to” person :) she made sure Cj and I were taken care of throughout the evening. 
My day was perfect, all my decorations were displayed just how I wanted thanks to Brooke :) 

I am SO thankful my mom decided to treat us and recognized from the get-go how helpful Brooke's guidance would be for our big day.  Brooke really helped us pull the details and final vision together of how our day would flow.  And day of her grace and presence was such a gift! She not only ensured the whole space was set up beautifully and was the liaison with all of the different people involved in pulling it all together, but she was so wonderful to work with and kept us on track to accomplish all of the special moments we wanted to on our special day.  She attended to all of our needs - from ensuring the Bride and the Groom were fed, had something to drink, and were having a great time while at the same time facilitated the flow of the evening to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. I thought I could handle everything on my own, but boy was I wrong! Thankfully, my mother got into contact with Brooke and I couldn't be more thankful! The first meeting she helped me get the timeline done in a matter of minutes it seemed, something I had somehow still not completed. I literally can't imagine what I would've done without Brooke! Our wedding went smoothly. Brooke's help was an add on with our wedding contract signed with the wedding we wanted. We appreciated the help on our wedding day she gave us. I did not see all the work she did behind the scenes bu knew a lot of the things that were taken care of, that I didn't have to worry about was because of her support. Approaching our wedding I was traveling a lot and just needed the additional help to make sure my wedding day went smoothly. From the moment I sat down with Brooke, she put my concerns at ease. When we first started planning our wedding, I imagined I would plan everything and use a friend for day of coordination to make sure anything last minute was taken care of, but then we booked our venue and they required a day of coordinator. I took my venues advise and met with Brooke and I am so thankful that I did. My wedding would not have been anywhere close to what it was. Brooke was so amazing to work with, she took my ideas and thoughts and made them come to life on the big day. I did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding because Brooke had it all under control, it was so wonderful! She really did make my wedding exactly what I wanted and perfect! I was referred to My Wedding Library by our venue----the Chateau at Incline Village.  After doing some research, I discovered they were much more affordable compared to other coordinators.  I got in touch with Brooke and could immediately tell how organized she was.  She would respond to me in a timely fashion---which I greatly appreciated, given many Tahoe vendors don't!  I met with her in person a couple times before the wedding (I live in San Diego), and felt very confident after those meetings.  My only complaint is about a month or so before the wedding, I was informed Brooke would not be there.  Instead, she told me a colleague of hers would be taking over.  I was a bit apprehensive about this, and was surprised I didn't know earlier, given the fact I was doing all of the coordination with Brooke.  With that being said, Jinna was amazing!  She was incredibly sweet and organized, and even met me far away to do the rehearsal!  The wedding seemed to go off without any major issues---phew!  I would definitely recommend this service to any bride-to-be in the Tahoe area!

Being the control freak that I am - I was a bit uneasy with hiring Brooke, more about me letting go than any thing else. We had a few meeting and conversions before the wedding, which did not put me at ease. I made list, charts, timelines, drawings, and gave them all to Brooke. On the day of the wedding, Brooke knew her stuff, there were a few times that she came to me with questions she was always so calm which was so reassuring to me and if I didn't have an answer she had suggestions. What Brooke allowed me to do was not focus on stuff but enjoy the day with my son and daughter n law. It was the best day for them and me - Thank-you so much for your professional demeanor. It truly was my pleasure - worth every dollar!!!!

Brooke was extremely important the day of my daughter's wedding.  She came to our house at Tahoe as the girls were getting ready to check on things, she visited the church to make sure all was in order there and she unpacked all of my boxes for the reception and oeganized it all.  It was such a relief to not have to worry about all of it myself.  Intend to be a control freak but I felt comfortable with Brooke and felt confident that everything would be done the way we wanted it to be.  Thank you Wedding Library for everything.  I couldn't have done it without you!

The My Wedding Manager service is a great day-of coordinator service that also offers you all the resources My Wedding Library has to offer. Brooke was extremely helpful when it came to making sure everything was in place for our wedding day. She helped coordinate our timeline with us and made sure all of our vendors were squared away before the big day. On the day, Brooke and her assistant Amelia made all of our wedding visions come into place. If there were any glitches in the day, we did not know about it. I would strongly recommend My Wedding Manager for a day of coordinator service. They are worth every penny!

I just tied the knot last weekend at The Corner Barn in Graeagle, CA. I hired Beth as my coordinator for the day. I will admit prior to hiring her I couldn't justify in my head paying that price for an individual to simply coordinate the day for me. However, I have since COMPLETELY changed my mind. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for her! My wedding turned into a cluster given the DOWNPOUR from the clouds above with an outdoor ceremony and my poor DJ having heart problems and being taken away in ambulance prior to my ceremony start. If Beth wasn't there to orchestrate the changes as well as keeping me calm I probably would have just left with my husband and called it a day! Her calm was contagious and I admire you for that Beth! You have nothing but love from myself, husband and my family ! I am a huge fan!

My husband and I got married on April 26, 2014, at the Nevada Museum of Art. Our top priority was to enjoy the evening with friends and family, without being stressed with details. Beth and Pat were phenomenal and everything was executed seamlessly. Beth did a wonderful job of understanding our vision and plans for the day, while also assisting us with making decisions.

She has a lot of experience and good ideas which was very helpful. She was able to keep everyone on track at the rehearsal, and helped us stay organized. Beth and Pat did an amazing job on our wedding day. We couldn’t have been happier. They ensured all guests and the wedding party were enjoying themselves, and they set up the tables beautifully. Beth was ready with a glass of wine for me after the ceremony which I really appreciated! Our guests had a wonderful time and commented at how relaxed and happy we were. We truly felt like VIP guests, not hosts, which is what we wanted. I even had a friend ask me for Beth’s information for her upcoming wedding! We have amazing memories from the wedding and are grateful to Beth and Pat for making that possible.

I  am the MOB, my younger daughter,Catey Davidson Saad's, mom. I could not possibly have survived three major life events without Brooke (a wedding on 09/13/14; her older sister's giving birth two days before; and our moving from one home to another at the end of the month). She was not only a calming influence on all of us, Brooke took care of every possible detail, wrangled the vendors (which proved to be like herding cats), and also thought of so much more to do in her own way to make the day perfect (I suspect Brooke even arranged the gorgeous weather...)! I will be eternally grateful to Brooke for insuring that my younger daughter's wedding was every bit as spectacularly successful as my older daughter's.

As the mother of the bride, my focus was to help my daughter have exactly the day she wanted. Both Brooke and Beth helped us make it just that. Brooke met with us two weeks before the big day to help us refine the plan and spot details that we had missed or forgotten along the way. Beth was our "day of" coordinator and was nothing short of amazing. She kept things running smoothly and on time, was able to think on her feet and come up with instant cures for little glitches and did it all with grace and good humor. I had said from the first that engaging this service was my gift to myself, so that I could truly enjoy this special day. We decided to go with My Wedding Manager because it was the most affordable day-of coordination package we found. Little did we know how amazing Brooke would be!
