After visiting two different florists in the Carson Valley & being less than impressed a family friend referred me to one of her daughter's friends named Kelly. I was told that she wanted to eventually start her own company & was looking to build her portfolio. I decided to set up a meeting with her & was immediately impressed with her knowledge of flowers, design expertise, & how motivated she was to start her own business. Within two minutes of our introductions I knew she was my girl. I told her what we were looking for & what we wanted to spend and she took it from there. She found a variety of flowers in our color & price range and did bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, cake flowers, AND a wreath for our dog who we dubbed the "best dog." Everything that she did for us turned out beautifully! We could not have been happier and recommend her to everyone we know. We got more than we were expecting, more than we would have if we would have used a regular floral shop, and the whole experience was more personal. Kelly took the time to get to know me & was able to give us exactly what we wanted because of the effort she put forth. Kelly is a wonderful florist! I know nothing about flowers (names, flowering seasons, or color varieties) but I was able to tell her how I wanted them to look, what colors, what style and she made it happen. She was able to put my thoughts into words and beautiful designs. She thought of details that I could have never thought of! She was very professional, met personally with me and kept me updated as to the cost, her strategy for completing the arrangements and her day-of plans. On the day-of I didn't have to worry at all, I was so relieved to see how beautiful all of the arrangements were. I would recommend Kelly to anyone!
