When picking a venue so much goes into it. It is the first representation that people see and remember about your big day. My husband and I loved Arrowcreek from the start because of the beautiful location and views, the amazing staff just added so much to our appreciation of Arrowcreek.
Danielle Tolleson, the wedding coordinator at Arrowcreek is the best wedding coordinator I have seen in this area. The biggest compliment I could ever give someone is that she treated our big day like it was her own and her attention to detail was uncanny. Not only her attention to detail but her professional suggestions such as stamping the name cards with the entree for our seated meal in order to not bother our guests and ensure they received the right meal, and to moving the head table in front of the fireplace for a warmer more elegant setting. She also recommend a different look for our linens which really made the room the masterpiece it turned out to be. I would hire her for any event that I do in the future and recommend her with the highest recommendation to anyone looking for a venue for their big day. She went above and beyond in every single aspect of our reception and is a complete asset to Arrowcreek. Our guests said when they walked into the room their breath was taken away, can you honestly ask for anything else. Words can't describe the amazing job that she did, pictures are everything and as soon as I have them I will post them here to show the incredible job she did. She made me feel so comfortable the day of that I had no stress that it was going to be absolutely perfect and I was able to enjoy every moment of getting ready there, and of the amazing cheese plate that she had set up for my bridesmaids and I to enjoy. She was a major component of my day that I will never forget, she made my day the most perfect day of my life, and a day I will never forget. I can close my eyes and still picture the amazing, elegant, candle light room. I would give anything to relive this day.
The entire staff was so amazing, from the chef who put out the most amazing food, to the servers who never left a used plate on the table. The comments that we are still getting from our guests is that the tables were always clean, not a used plate was ever left on the table which really allowed people to enjoy the absolute beauty of the room. The food was the best food I have ever had, I would choose to go back to this establishment and eat the food again. We did an hour of passed appetizers and a sit down dinner. The food was incredible. I have gotten compliments after compliment about the food and the service. The presentation of the food was a five star and was one of the best meals I have had in Reno, and I have lived in Reno a long time. We also had a mini dessert bar, which was also Danielle and the head chef's recommendation, and it was absolutely incredible. Not only the presentation but the desserts were amazing.
If I could give a recommendation to people looking at doing their big day, I would use Arrowcreek over and over again. They did the most amazing job from start to finish. It is one of the biggest days of your life and it was the absolute best day of mine. You owe it to yourself to meet Danielle and give yourself the opportunity to have the same experience as I did.

Danielle and her entire staff were absolutely wonderful in helping coordinate my daughter's wedding! The venue itself was remarkable....but without Danielle's help in coordinating and helping in all the details, we couldn't have pulled off a more memorable event! We just recently got married up at Arrowcreek country club and we could not have asked for a better day. Everything went perfect from the rehearsal the day before to getting ready the day of to the ceremony and the reception that followed. DanielleTolleson (the wedding coordinator) and the Arrowcreek staff made sure that our needs were taken care of and were constantly behind the scenes making sure that everything ran smoothly. She was extremely well organized and thought of all the “little details” that add pizzazz. The property is exquisite and the food was delicious, I did not have a stress to worry about (other than the nerves of course) due to Danielle and the staff; they helped make our wedding day extraordinary.
